Really trying to decide on what to put in those three card slots where I'm currently playing Sign in Blood. I need some card draw, but Dark Confidant is too slow and too painful without any life gain in the deck, and Phyrexian Arena isn't much better. At the moment, Sign in Blood has worked best for me because of it's immediacy and the added bonus of being able to finish out an opponent who's at 1 or 2 health.

If anyone has any suggestions on better sideboard options, please let me know.
