After another hiatus, here's a new deck for the increasingly misnamed $1 EDH series. At this point, I'm just trying to keep it below the {B}{G} Elf deck's price, the first one I made for this series.

In this deck, Eutropia the Twice-Favored gives a creature flying whenever you play an enchantment. You can use this to give your creatures evasion, or to set your opponents' creatures up for a Plummet effect. Either way, you're coming out on top. Twice the favor, twice the options, twice the fun!
