Sideboard

This is one of my most competitive decks I have ever built. With a Urza, Lord High Artificer out, all my 0 CMC artifacts become a Mox Sapphire , a card so good that it is banned in commander. And I have 15 of them. With the right opening hand, you can get to using Urza's 3rd an infinite number of times on turn 6. Since Laboratory Maniac is in this deck, playing your entire deck means winning on your next draw. Additionally, this deck runs more counter-spells than I normally would to prevent any meddling tricks from my opponents. Spell Swindle not only counters a spell thereby protecting our board, but also grants reusable mana rocks equal to the countered spell's CMC. Yes, this deck is relatively low in the land department. I would seriously consider mulling down to 6, 5, or maybe even 4 to make sure I can cast Urza on or before turn 3. I wouldn't call this deck cEDH because there are people out there who play cEDH and therefore know every possible way to break this commander, but I am not one of those people. Any constructive feedback is appreciated.
