Just your run of the mill Monty Python joke-- I mean reanimator deck.

Here's the deal. I'm not a competitive person by nature. Sure, I like winning, but I play for the love of the game, not the wins. I got pulled into an arms race with my last strong deck, and that's not where I want to be. I'd rather have a 6 or 7 and a conversation across the table, than a race. Anyway, on to the deck!

My inner Johnny was upset at me trying to do something outside my comfort zone. Trying a creature based stategy in a reanimator style seemed pretty fun to me. But... I couldn't just... not have a combo or two.

Pretty straight forward. Play creatures, sacrifice creatures, get them sweet, sweet experience counters, ad then start ripping big baddies out of the 'yard. At it's core, the deck wants to aim at the whole table at once, with things like Zulaport Cutthroat Poison-Tip Archer and the likes. But when push comes to shove, there are some beastly beaters in stuff like Nyxbloom Ancient and It That Betrays .

There are a few combos in the deck, because I'm me. I can't just leave them out, you know? Rings of Brighthearth Deserted Temple and any land that can tap for 4 mana, like Scorched Ruins is infinite mana in any colors you can produce, and infinite land untaps as well. Torment of Hailfire and Atzal, Cave of Eternity are good outlets for that mana, usually.

Protean Hulk can fetch an instant win in Lesser Masticore Viscera Seer and Melira, Sylvok Outcast , alternatively, this can be done without Melira if you get The Great Henge out.

Lastly, there is Gravecrawler Phyrexian Altar and Open the Graves for a 'go wide and decimate' strategy. But with all the aristocrats stuff in the deck, combat is usually a last resort win.

It's not oppressively strong, but it is fairly strong. And fun to play. But I'm always open to suggestions. Thanks for taking the time to look at my list.
