Mono White Soldiers. Search Party Captain, Militia Bugler, and Thraben Inspector are ways to draw cards and Doomed Traveler and Loyal Cathar replace themselves on board to help with removal decks. Kithkin Zephyrnaut is just a 3 mana 4/4 flyer with vigilance in this deck so why not. Everything is a soldier except War Falcon so the Veteran Lords are basically free.

Only keep One land hands if you have multiple one drops to play in case you dont draw a second land right away. Always play War Falcon on turn one if you can since every other creature lets it attack on turn 2.

Really dependent on how many creatures you get that draw cards. Militia Bugler and Search Party Captain are some of the best cards in this deck. Play around what you might draw from them wisely.

P.S. Sideboard is just thrown together, use whatever sideboard you want.
