My friend and I are starting a monthly EDH budget "league" and this was my first deck. It should be under 30 dollars on MTGO.

I basically want to get a boat-load of pirates in play, give them evasion, and swing in for big damage while stealing some of my opponents non-land permanents.

I only included two tutors, one unconditional in Demonic Tutor and a Pirate tutor Forerunner of the Coalition . You could get away with more and drop the creature count a bit if you wanted to make it more consistent. Below are some important aspects of the deck regardless, but good tutor targets if you decide to add them:

Evasion: Thassa, God of the Sea , Teleportal , Goblin War Drums , Archetype of Imagination , Keeper of Keys

Boardwipe/Removal: Kindred Dominance , Walk the Plank , Bedevil , Cyclonic Rift , Vraska's Contempt , Crosis's Charm , Terminate

Pirate Buffs: Adaptive Automaton , Dire Fleet Neckbreaker Door of Destinies Vanquisher's Banner

Treasure Creation: Captain Lannery Storm , Brass's Bounty , Prying Blade , Treasure Map  , Spell Swindle , Pirate's Pillage , Pirate's Prize , and lastly Ruthless Knave but that is more for card draw with the treasure tokens if you don't have Treasure Map flipped or in play. I wouldn't sacrifice too many pirates, even the tokens, since Admiral Beckett's ability to gain control of permanents is a big part of her allure.

There's enough card draw in this deck as well to make sure you don't run out of steam along with March of the Drowned to bring back a couple pirates from your graveyard or Archetype of Imagination to swing freely.

Overall, this has been a very fun deck that I tried to keep on theme as much as possible. Any suggestions please feel free. Don't worry about budget for your suggestions (outside of fetchlands). I haven't moved this to paper, but I've enjoyed it so much I probably will within in the next couple of weeks.
