Hello, this is my Merieke Ri Berit EDH deck. This deck is built to use your opponents' creatures against them and deny them a way to get them back. Cards that blink the creatures you steal back into play under your control means that even if Merieke dies, you get to keep the creatures you take under your control. The deck is full of counterspells and removal spells to deal with noncreature permanents, and targeted removal for creatures that are annoying but not worth stealing. Lots of card draw, oppressive creatures, and ways to deny your opponents the ability to either draw extra cards or search their decks for answers makes this deck very difficult to deal with. The deck's main win con is Revel in Riches + Smothering Tithe, meaning our game plan is to stall out the game as long as possible in order to fill up our board with enough treasures to win.
