This is basically my budget tribal deck that I like to play in a more casual setting, as it's not super overpowered and plays 'fair' magic, unlike some of my other decks. I always liked {U}{B} as well, so this is one of my older decks where I basically made it to have decent synergy to the point where you can still win, but not be too strong against newer players.
