Swapped Scrap Trawler for Foundry Inspector. Through much playtesting, discovered that cost-reducers were more important than graveyard recursion. The deck relies extremely heavily on Elixir of Immortality and Feldon's Cane to shuffle the graveyard back into the library to allow the draw engine to keep running, so recursion directly from the graveyard that Scrap Trawler offers isn't nearly as important to this deck.

Swapped Sentinel Totem for Springleaf Drum. The Drum essentially acts like another mana rock in the deck and will help prevent whiffs on the storm count or draw-chaining, and can potentially help ramp into playing Jhoira earlier than turn 4. Sentinel Totem exiling my graveyard as well as my opponents can be too risky to utilize, since this deck needs to reshuffle the graveyard into the library eventually. The incidental scry 1 on entry isn't nearly as useful as the Drum's mana production, so this was a pretty easy choice to make.

Thanks to jaymc1130 for the recommendations, definitely helpful!
