This is a mono white aura deck I've been working on. The strategy of this deck is to get out a Kor Spiritdancer or a Hero of Iroas , attach effective auras such as Ethereal Armor and Daybreak Coronet to them and then go to town. Protect them with Umbra Mystic and Hyena Umbra . Here is a breakdown of the cards.

Creatures:

Kor Spiritdancer : The cornerstone of this deck. She gets a huge boost from auras and will draw you tons of cards. A common occurrence is you attach 3 enchantments on her and swing for game on turn 5. She really is an all star.

Hero of Iroas : Decreases the cost of auras helping you get massive draw from Kor Spiritdancer . He is also not a bad target for auras because of his heroic trigger. Another. all star.

Eidolon of Countless Battles : An enchantment creature that acts as an Ethereal Armor stapled to a Crusader of Odric . It can also be bestowed at a reasonable cost. This creature can also act as your win condition if you can't get out a Hero or Dancer. Another four of.

Umbra Mystic : A creature that gives all your auras Totem Armor? Yes please! This card will help protect you from most two for one situations (something that plagues this deck). Just remember to enchant her when you can as she is bolt bait. A funny trick you can do is flash in Temporal Isolation to protect her. She survives and you unattached the Isolation from her. This works on any of you other creature too.

Enchantments:

Hyena Umbra : A cheap enchantment that helps protect from card disadvantage. Still susceptible to Path to Exile and other exile effect however. Still really good.

Ethereal Armor : A one mana enchantment that gives +1/+1 and first strike is pretty good. A one mana enchantment that gives +1/+1 for each enchantment you control and first strike is amazing. Run four.

Spirit Mantle : The protection from creatures is what make this card really good. It can block without worry and makes it unblockable. The +1/+1 is nothing to scoff at either.

Temporal Isolation : Imagine if you will that your Pacifism was a instant speed. Imagine the shenanigans you could pull. This is exactly what Temporal Isolation is. I hadn't ever heard of this card until recently when I was looking up replacements for Pacifism. In my opinion this card is very underrated.

Daybreak Coronet : Your guys will almost always be enchanted so the requirement is pretty easy to fulfill. The +3/+3 makes your guy big, the lifelink gives huge life swings, the first strike makes him almost very difficult to kill, and the vigilance makes him a great blocker especially when comboed with Spirit Mantle .

Angelic Destiny : The most expensive spell in the deck at four, it really needs to not disappoint. Luckily it doesn't. The +4/+4 boost is huge and the flying and first strike makes it difficult to trade with it. What really makes the card however is the returning to you hand when the creature dies. This prevents most 2 for one scenarios.

Lands:

Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx : In a mono colored, all permanent deck, this land will create loads and loads of mana. This helps to win many games as you can play three or four auras using Kor Spiritdancer and Hero of Iroas.

Flagstones of Trokair : A fetch that can tap for colored mana is great. This is not essential to playing the deck however. Four more plains would be almost as good especially if you play the budget alternative to Angelic Destiny Armored Ascension . Consider it if you have the money.

Budget Alternative:Cut the land base down to just 22 plains. This will not affect the tempo that much and will make you completely immune to Blood Moon. Replace the Kor Spirtdancers with Mesa Enchantress . In this deck it is almost strictly worst then the dancer. It also cost $0.50 compared to $5. Replace the Angelic Destinys with Armored Ascension . This fulfills a similar role and the first strike is rarely relevant as 12 other enchantments give first strike and 4 give protection from creature. You can replace the Daybreak Coronets with Ordeal of Heliod . The life gain is similar and will allow you to survive for a long time.

Strategy and Combos:

This deck aims to win fast. You play a Hero or Dancer on turn Two, Attach Ethereal Armor and Spirit Mantle on turn 3, and then attach an enchantment like Daybreak Coronet or Angelic Destiny and then go to town. One major problem is your dead in the water on turn one as you have no one drops that you can play on turn one. Remember that your Totem Armor should be attached as early as possible and when you get your Umbra Mystic you should protect it as soon as possible. Nykthos will generate huge amounts of mana so get it out on turn three if possible. Some combos I've found in this deck are Temporal Isolation + Umbra Mystic . The Isolation can be flashed in to protect any of your creature as well as lock down your opponents.

And that goes over all the spells in the deck. Unfortunately there are no mono-white hexproof creatures (aside from Angelic Overseer ). This means that in a removal heavy format such as modern this deck will never be tier one or even tier two. It is however loads of fun to play and can win in turn four and five easily if your creature aren't removed. Please leave suggestions and feedback in the comments below.
