Based off the Vampiric Bloodlust Commander 2017 Deck with some modifications.

Deck Commentary and Logic:

1. Combo - Dictate of Erebos + Vish Kal, Blood Arbiter, Indulgent Aristocrat, Yahenni, Undying Partisan, Falkenrath Aristocrat, or the best one Ashnod's Altar. Since Edgar Markov generates tokens with his eminence these tokens make excellent sacrifice fodder. In addition to possibly making the above indestructible in certain instances, or buffing the vampire team with the Indulgent Aristocrat, having out Dictate of Erebos will force your opponents to also sacrifice (most likely bigger creatures) while keeping your board open

2. Including Razaketh, the Foulblooded - Razaketh is an expensive, 8 mana creature, but the amount of mana rocks in this deck should enable him to be cast quicker. As mentioned above, the tokens that are generated from Edgar Markov are excellent sacrifice fodder. Therefore, they can be used to tutor cards on a repeat basis. Legion's Landing  can also transform into a land that generates tokens, further enabling Razaketh.

3. No Mercy - This card is great for deterring people from attacking me in the early game while I build up my board state. Most decks do not run a lot of enchantment removal, so chances are it will stick around for a while.

4. Worship- I am surprised that I have not seen more fellow Edgar players run this card in their deck. With the large number of tokens and potential to refill the board after a wrath, there is a high chance at least one creature will be on my side of the board at all times.

5. Kalitas, Bloodchief of Ghet - Instant speed destroy effect that can also get you a Vampire token. Kalitas seemed like a logical addition to the deck because of this two-fold benefit that he provides. This is very helpful as a bargaining tool as well in a larger game.

6. Newest Updates 12-26-18: Vampiric Tutor and Damnation - Vampiric Tutor is a fantastic card that really needs no explanation. I knew I needed another tutor effect especially early game to go fetch Sol Ring, Coalition Relic, and Chromatic Lantern. I can also set up future draws late game with cards I need to protect myself like Boros Charm. Damnation was added so that cards like Iona, Shield of Emeria would not shut down the deck. It’s 1 mana cheaper than Fumigate, which I took out, and is the best black board wipe there is.
