They See Myr Rollin' - They Hatin' is the inspiration for this deck. I use Urza's lands as the main mana source to cast battlespheres, turbines, incubator, and lots of smaller myr. dispatch and path to exile are great removal when your opponent casts some flying or annoying control creature. I understand Karakas isn't very budget, so you could use any old plains or special white mana in its place. darksteel forge is another card that isn't budget that can be aquired later. feel free to give me any other side board ideas! hope you like it!
