Originally a Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind deck, reborn as a Niv-Mizzet, Parun deck. The goal is generally to mana ramp with artifacts, stall and shut down opponents with cards like Meishin, the Mind Cage and Propaganda , while drawing as many cards as possible in the hopes of pulling off a Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Curiousity or Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Ophidian Eye combo. Dizzy Spell and Drift of Phantasms tutor for the combo cards. Counterspells, removal, and draw spells make up a lot of the deck. For multiplayer games, there are a few options for winning when you don't have enough cards in deck to kill all of your opponents, including Laboratory Maniac , Psychosis Crawler , even Torbran, Thane of Red Fell .
