This is a fast mana midrange deck with explosive starts and the ability to last in the late game. The deck shifts with the meta-game having the biggest changes occurring to the sideboard, however there are several one of's that are interchangeable. This decks resilience is derived from the use of Summoner's Pact, this card allows a plethora of creatures to be summoned in specific situations. In addition, all of the one of tutor targets are great in any situation thanks to the fast mana available. The combination of Arbor Elf & Utopia Sprawl allows for some explosive starts. The implementation of Modern Horizon cards was huge, not only did the set provide a finisher for the deck in Hexdrinker, but it also provided the deck with Collector Ouphe a strictly better Stony Silence. The greatest addition though is Force of Vigor which is the best answer to Chalice of the Void I have ever seen. Chalice on one absolutely destroys this deck if played early, so it is imperative to deal with it within a turn of it being played. The "maybeboard" is a list of cards that can be swapped between the mainboard and sideboard depending on the metagame.
