Sideboard

So - who needs friends? This deck is indeed meant to be the infamous infinite-turn Narset. Not for fun, just when I need to put my mage uncle in his place to remind him who's REALLY boss here. Yes I have some expensive EDH diamonds amidst some guerilla-warfare budget choices. I think it adds up to being its own aesthetic, and I daresay, makes having such a deck semi-forgivable.

Gameplay storyboard: Turns 1-4: C0NTR0L (sneak a mana rock somewhere if I can get away with it) Turn 5: Dig for/prepare a haste-giver Turn 6-7 (depending on nature of haste source): Cast Narset with haste Note: I probably lost right here if Narset dies immediately and I'm caught with my pants down with no counter spell. If my pants are not down: Turns 7-25+: Play solitaire with Narset. Opponents by now realize they've been denied a magic game and delete my number from their contact list.
