Hey, this is my simple, budget and in my opinion fun golgari dredge deck.
It usually end games on turn 8-9 with a one shot from lothlet giant or Izoni's insect army. The main way to mill yourself is mindwrack harpy or stinkweed - undead galdiator combo. Once your graveyard is big enough you can get your win codnditions back with cards like genesis, Acolyte of Affliction and for repeatable(kinda) reanimation, Diabolic Servitude. For a bit of lifegain there is Kraul Foragers. There is also Shriekmaw for a creature removal.
-Creeping chills can drain you opponent for up to 12 life for just being milled! They can sometimes end games and give you more time if you're playing aginst aggro.
-There is also Nighthowler wich is can not only a strong beater, but you can also bestow it on for example a flyer for addition evasion and also protection from board wipes/removals, since it becomes a creature again after its "host" is destroyed.
-Genesis can be amazing in this deck because it can make many loops with other creatures, like spore frog, for repeatable fog for 4 mana every turn, or trashing brontodon for repeatable encahntment/artifact removal (they are in the sideboard). Shriekmaw is doomblade wich comeback every upkeep and if you have mana and Izoni you can do simlar things with even more creatures and just sacrefice them to bring them back nex turn.
My questions are:

Should i replace 1 copy of mindwrack harpy for another undead gladiator, so gladiator/imp combo will be more consistent?

Should i replace Find/Finality for something like Infest? I consider Find/Finality as a Board wipe with a bit of utility. I also considered Consume the meek in it's place. I don't think much about wraths that destroy all things since i know that this deck can really only struggle against token decks if not faced with graveyard hate wich isn't really a thing in my playgroup(besides my leylines of course, but no one plays graveyard decks besides me in my playgroup). So should i replace it or just remove and put something else in its place?

Should i put in a better sac outlet? Right now there is only Izoni and Grim Backwoods, and I was thinking if i should put something like a carrion feeder. And if yes, what should i replace for it?
Leave you toughts in comments please. Keep in mind that this deck is supposed to be budget and some more expensive cards in sideboard, like leylines or murderous rider are only there because i already had them.
