It's a pretty straightforward Narset turns deck.

The quickest path to victory is using one of the various tutors or "brainstorm" effects to put Enter the Infinite on top of the library prior to attacking with Narset: put Omniscience back into the library with EtI, cast Fury of the Horde by exiling two red spells, and attack again with Narset. Demonstrating a win with Omniscience in play and your whole deck in your hand should be academic at that point.

I added the Isochron Scepter+Final Fortune+Sundial of the Infinite combo as a backup plan in case the traditional Narset route isn't viable for some reason.

Often, just blind attacking with Narset will allow you to string together enough extra turns to wrap things up. It is often best to hold back on casting Narset until you are in a position to both give her haste and have some amount of counters available; however, jamming her on turn 2 when you have a ramp heavy starting hand is too tempting to pass up. Also, sometimes desperate times call for desperate measures, and you'll have to YOLO with Narset sans haste and/or protection--obviously, use your best judgement in those situations.
