This deck abuses Jeskai Ascendancy and either Banishing Knack or Retraction Helix in order to combo quickly for either an infinitely powerful board with Springleaf Drum or for infinite 1/1 tokens with haste using Akroan Crusader.
Iron Myr allow us to get infinite red mana, and combined with a Dragon Mantle, we can draw whatever we need.
In the event that we only have a Jeskai Ascendancy and a Retraction Helix/Banishing Knack, we can look for a Springleaf Drum. We can still infinitely cycle our deck and our creatures will grow with every loop, making our board big. Bonus points when you have an Alseid of Life's Bounty, as that will give us infinite life even if we can't kill the opponent outright.
Mirran Spy is not a critical piece of any combo, but providing it can allow for lines when otherwise blocked.
Ornithopter Allows us to have some early acceleration with our Springleaf Drum.
Although we don't have answers to the opponent's threats, we have Ephemeral Shields, Faith's Shield, and Alseid of Life's Bounty to keep our important pieces alive.
Turn 3 wins are ambitious, but turn 4 wins, while not consistent, do happen frequently. And, all at a budget of less than 30 dollars. :)
If you want to make this deck more consistent, consider substituting Paradise Mantle for the Iron Myr. Although it is one extra piece to keep alive, the lower mana cost allows the deck to perform more reliably. In addition, the mana base was heavily budgeted - shock lands or fast lands will make this deck more performant of course.
