This is a bit of an odd deck, but I had tons of fun building it. The decks whole purpose is to change the colors of spells and permanents however you see fit to interact with cards in your hand. There is plenty of ramp in this deck to feed the mana hungry card effects. The average cmc on this is 3.03 so if you want to drop some of the basic lands to add a couple more heaters or cards that synergize well with this, go for it!
