This is my take on the Kathril, Aspect Warper pre-con. The goal is to mill your creatures with abilities into your graveyard, then to cast Kathril, Aspect Warper so it can gain or distribute the respective abilities.

There are some cards that would be good in the deck such as Rise of the Dark Realms, Pathbreaker Ibex, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed, Sun Titan, Overwhelm, etc. I did not include them as I have used them in other decks or plan to use them elsewhere and I want to limit my repetitiveness with keycards.

The card draw in this deck is meant to take advantage of your creatures dying with cards like Greater Good and Midnight Reaper. However, because this deck does not have many sac-outlets ensuring your creatures die for card draw is a little unreliable so cards like Beast Whisperer and Toski, Bearer of Secrets will supplement regular card draw. Keep in mind I do not have a lot of card draw in the deck because I want the majority of my creatures to hit my graveyard and having a lot of card draw would mean I need to include more discard-outlets and I wanted to avoid that.

The ramp in this deck takes advantage of the milling that will be done throughout the game. I personally run a good amount of basic lands and there is not a lot of self-mill in my playgroup so Planar Birth is a cheap way to get all my lands back. Otherwise, I would use Splendid Reclamation. World Shaper serves dual purpose of milling and potential pseudo ramp which is nice, while I also have the typical mana rocks and of course Ashnod's Altar.

In order to get creatures into your graveyard milling is pretty useful as is dredge, but the only card with dredge in the deck is Dakmor Salvage as I tried my best to ensure the majority of creatures I included had an ability outlined in Kathril, Aspect Warper's triggered ability.

Some mill cards that have abilities would be Doom Whisperer, Extractor Demon, and Nyx Weaver. Altar of Dementia is also a really good card but I have been wanting to use Perpetual Timepiece so Altar of Dementia had to go. However, Tomb Robber fills in the gap for Altar of Dementia quite well while also providing an ability towards Kathril, Aspect Warper.

For this deck I have only a couple mass recursion spells, although I think more would be better I wanted to utilize single return creatures like Apprentice Necromancer. However, to clutch a game Living Death and Rally the Ancestors can also come in handy. Some better alternatives would be Command the Dreadhorde and Rise of the Dark Realms. If you include more sac-outlets cards like Faith's Reward, Thrilling Encore, and Second Sunrise can provide some good combo potential.
I would say there are about three main win cons:

The first being of course commander damage with Kathril, Aspect Warper. Throughout the game mill your creatures into the graveyard with cards like Doom Whisperer. If you manage to get one of each ability (vigilance, menace, double strike, etc) Kathril, Aspect Warper with all counters will be a 14/14 and with double strike that is more than enough to kill a player. This pseudo-voltron method is good when it is a 1v1 but with multiple players still in the game it is best to go wide.

The second win condition would be utilizing Odric, Lunarch Marshal + Kathril, Aspect Warper. If Kathril, Aspect Warper has each ability Odric, Lunarch Marshal will spread those abilities to each other creature you control. Now if you don't have many other creatures you can cast Rally the Ancestors to build your board state, and since Odric, Lunarch Marshal can also distribute haste (assuming you recur a creature with haste) you will be able to swing out that turn.

The third win condition is more or less the same as the second except instead of relying on having other creatures or a recursion spell you will utilize your lands. Rude Awakening + Odric, Lunarch Marshal + Kathril, Aspect Warper will give you 2/2 lands stacked with abilities likely each dealing 4 damage each as they will hopefully be given double strike.

If you want you can add Pathbreaker Ibex, Overwhelming Stampede, or God-Eternal Rhonas which will make Kathril, Aspect Warper much more terrifying either giving your other creatures +14/+14 or swinging in for 28 damage itself. If you add Altar of Dementia into the deck feel free to mill out your opponents as well.
