This is a fairly straightforward tribal deck with ramp and draw enablers, making it less likely to run out of gas.

Creatures:

The backbone of the deck is cat tribal. I tried to only include cats that also served a useful secondary function such as card draw (Alms Collector), protection (Prowling Serpopard), and anthem effects (King of the Pride).

There are not nearly as many dogs included because there just aren't as many of the creature type in print, even after the errata to the Hound creature type. Abzan Beastmaster made the cut for card draw, Selfless Savior for the protection, and Isamaru, Hound of Konda because he is the goodest boy.

Finally, I included some of the best changelings. Taurean Mauler gets huge fast in multiplayer games, Chameleon Colossus can bring down a player playing black in a single swing if you're ramping, and Mirror Entity quickly makes a board full of tokens scary, even with only four mana.

Ramp:

The ramp included is pretty standard for multicolored green. I chose cheap ramp like Carpet of Flowers, Exploration, and Burgeoning because I want to play them on turn one so turns two, three, and four can be devoted to getting out creatures and enchantments. Slightly more expensive ramp like Cultivate or Azusa, Lost but Seeking would probably be cast on turn two and put the casting of other spells back a turn.

Card Draw:

It doesn't matter how much mana you have if your hand is empty. As such, I included the standard green and white suite of enchantresses (Argothian Enchantress etc) to provide card draw for the various enchantments that will buff my board and hinder the opponent's.

Enchantments:

It's a token-based commander, so Anointed Procession, Parallel Lives, and Divine Visitation are instant inclusions. Keep in mind that changelings create both cat AND dog tokens. Token ETB's will trigger Aura Shards, so that can quickly remove an entire enemy board of enchantments and artifacts.

White is in the deck, so Smothering Tithe is another must-have.

Anthem effects from Beastmaster Ascension will make a token board frightening and Mirari's Wake has both an anthem AND ramp effect. Bonus!

I went with Darksteel Mutation and Song of the Dryads over straight-up removal like Beast Within or Path to Exile for a couple reasons. First, they trigger enchantress effects which draws more cards. Second, they deal with commanders more effectively. Instead of putting commander back in the command zone, they're stuck on the board. That can be pretty permanent because they're either indestructible or a land. Feels bad.

Speaking of feeling bad, Price of Glory. Get ready to be hated on by blue players. They deserve it anyway.
