Trying to make 10 EDH decks for a friend to play with his kids. This is the Dimir deck.

Most of these cards, except the commanders, were pure left over draft chaff and jank donated to me, as I run classes to teach kids how to play Magic. Due to COVID-19, I have not been able to do this, so when I was given the chance to do so again, I jumped at the chance.

This is... not... not a Mill deck? It's a Mill and hand disruption deck. It won't be great. But it'll be fun.
