This deck is all about ramping your mana and getting big bad dragons in as quickly as possible with the help of card draw and cheating creatures in! You board presence will be immense, your hunger to kill rivals that with Atarka herself!

Originally was meant for budget, but now has been upgraded with new cards coming in supporting tribal and an optimal land base. Reworking the land base and removing Urza's Incubator for something like Quicksilver Amulet will get you easily get you around $130. The only way to foresee this deck going any lower would be to remove more expensive dragons such Balefire Dragon with something else like Glorybringer or, even cheaper, Siege Dragon. (Although I would personally argue to keep Balefire Dragon).
