This is a red dragon tribal with Alena, Kessig Trapper with Jeska, Thrice Reborn as the main commanders, Lathliss, Dragon Queen as an optional pair commander, and Zirilan of the Claw as a third optional commander. The first is focussed on a reliant mana source production to play more spells, dragons and dragon's abilities, the second on create 5/5 dragons for each dragon entering the battlefield, and the third just tutor and cheating dragons in play. The first option needs big power dragons in ralation to its mana cost with abilities sink the mana, the second route demands cheap dragons to get value from the Lathliss, Dragon Queen ability, and the third demands big cmc dragons, but not too much 'cause we don't want it on our hand.

I'll do the three lists in this deck using the main board for Alena, Kessig Trapper with Jeska, Thrice Reborn , sideboard for Lathliss, Dragon Queen main changes, and maybeboard for Zirilan of the Claw changes and some more ideas, that I will describe here.

I know there are 111 cards in the main deck, just pick some dragons and enchanments to reduce to 100 cards, do not substract card draw or mana ramp.
