I have built this deck in such a way that every spell is a “good” cascade. Because of this I have chosen to rely on unique forms of interaction in order to get maximum value when casting my commander. This is a competitive deck. It is a midrange deck that wants to create infinite mana then win through flickering or looping a key creature (Brutalizer Exarch, Inferno Titan). You can also cast your entire library using Maelstrom Wanderer. Winning through infinite turns or commander damage is also viable with all of the extra turn effects. This list is capable of winning as early as the second turn of the game.
