The theme of this deck is cards I had in Jund. I wanted to build around Xira's ability, so to be played in the deck, a card has to be something you'd like to draw off a Xira activation. In practice, the key to winning with the deck is just to ramp and use Xira to ensure that you always have some plays, while using powerful jund interaction to try and make sure you don't die. The win condition is attacking with creatures, and if you really need it, hatred targeting Xira. Xira can also target opponents if you need to get political.
