Decided to challenge myself and make this true enchantment tribal, in that every card in the deck has to either be an enchantment or trigger off of enchantments. I also really didn't want this to play like the go-to Satyr Enchanter Voltron deck.

I'm a bit worried about keeping the commander on the board, but my thought is this deck should hopefully be able to slow the game down enough and ramp enough to be able to cast the commander multiple times, if needed.

Other than that, I think it's pretty straightforward. Draw a bunch of cards, build up a small army, and neutralize your opponents' abilities to block effectively.
