This deck is built around Elsha and her ability to cast from the top of the library. The goal is to cast some cheap artifacts and equipment, pimp Elsha's prowess then swing for commander damage. Kykar and the Locust God are in the deck to provide token support so that I'm not left wide open if Elsha is tapped. And with Sensei's divining top and Rhystic study there is plenty of card draw and noncreature spells to really flood the field with tokens. My play group doesn't like infinite combos or "win the game" scenerios so I did not include Jace, wielder of Mysteries or Laboratory Maniac as you can easily draw your whole library once Elsha is out with the Sensei's divining top and Foundry Inspector or Etherium Sculptor.
