Welcome to my version of Etali, I have a lot of fun with this deck and thank you for checking it out.
Etali is a GIANT RED DINO who has a fun time casting everyone else's cards and swinging in for decent damage.
So I was originally playing Ruric Thar but was enjoying the linear game play or the fact that the deck doesnt do much against non-storm based strategies. So I asked some advice and Cole suggested Etali more like I stole his idea and started brewing.
Ramp hard, Cast Etali. After that its a giant crap shoot because depending on what are opponents are playing the game just gets crazy.
After Landing Etali we should destroy all lands like a complete asshole, Wildfire is a pretty good option. Once a major resource imbalance has occurred no one will be able to keep up with the amount of value Etali will be pulling.
So this is the strangest thing I have come across while playing this deck. Etali doesn't get murdered. Rarely countered and rarely targeted by removal most people just leave it alone and let Etali rampage around the table as long as its not hitting them. It's honestly mind boggling.
