I recently tried to run Vorinclex instead of terastodon as the target for Natural Order and was definitely impressed. I'm currently running him instead of our favorite elephant maker since providing early ramp and mana base locking could definitely help the gameplan. I'll keep you updated.
About Mirri's Guile, it was the only card I found that could be possibly be swapped out in exchange for the mox. The latter is here to provide even faster starts and early advantage, which of course is the best thing to do with this deck.
I don't know if Ravnica Allegiance will give us something useful for Kamahl, but I'll let you know soon enough :)
