Regular Kaalia deck for casual multiplayer Commander.

This is a casual build, so there is no room for Worldgorger Dragon Combo.

Because the deck is build for multiplayer without a consistent number of players, I’m trying to build the deck to work even if Kaalia gets removed before doing het thing. For this reason, the deck consists of multiple 5 mana threats.

Still needing some fetches and small improvements.
