The countdown to destroy target player begins! Be sure to sort by "Custom" to see what cards trigger what numbers. Make sure to use the Masters 25 printing of Strionic Resonator, because the 1 and 4 in the M14 watermark do count. On a similar note, Thran Dynamo is better if you get a printing that has the 3 rather than the diamond mana symbols and the version of Tamiyo's Journal to play is the one with Entry 434 in the flavor text.

Some rules notes: As per a Twitter reply asking a couple questions to Mark Rosewater, numbers in watermarks do count, as well as planeswalker loyalty (which means a lot of planeswalkers trigger a lot of numbers). I'm also going to assume that if watermarks count, then the numbers on the bottom right of flip cards that have the other side's power and toughness count too. I avoided split cards/adventure cards/aftermath cards etc. because while I don't know the exact ruling, my best guess is that it only checks the numbers on whatever half of the spell is being cast, not the whole card.
