I have brewed together this deck together with a lot of people from the competitive EDH subreddit, along with some friends of mine.

This deck is all about infinite mill combos.

Aphetto Alchemist + Illusionist's Bracers with Phenax, God of Deception in play.

Aphetto Alchemist + Illusionist's Bracers + Codex Shredder

Altar of the Brood + Deadeye Navigator + Cloud of Faeries

Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank + any mill effect

Bloodchief Ascension + Mindcrank

Another strong combo is Eater of the Dead while Phenax, God of Deception is in play. But that is not nearly as reliable.

Optimal hands are 2-3 lands, 1-2 mana rocks, card draw, a counterspell and any of the combo pieces mentioned above. The rest of the combo you will get from the copious amounts of tutors and card draw spells you have in the deck.
