Several interesting combo's in this deck.

Bloodchief Ascension + Mindcrank = infinite combo. Just use Syr Konrad, the Grim's activated ability or sac a critter to kick it off.

Syr Konrad, the Grim + Phyrexian Altar + Gravecrawler + any zombie = infinite combo.

Tortured Existence + Syr Konrad, the Grim will allow you to deal two damage to every opponent for every one black mana you have.

Morality Shift + Forever Young or Gravepurge or Footbottom Feast + Syr Konrad, the Grim will end the game.

Load up your graveyard with creatures then cast Living Death or use Balthor the Defiled with Syr Konrad, the Grim on the battlefield to cause a lot of pain and load up your board state.

Elixir of Immortality and Perpetual Timepiece also work quite well with a large graveyard as long as your commander is out.

Bolas's Citadel + Necropotence is a deadly combo allowing you to play through your library quickly. Use Necropotence to force yourself to discard lots of creatures on the End Step and dealing damage to each opponent per creature discarded as long as Syr Konrad is on the battlefield.

This deck will deal a ton of damage quickly in subtle and surprising ways.
