This is a deck built around Isperia the Inscrutable and her ability to tutor flying creatures from the library. It’s the remnants of an old 60-card Blue/White Skies deck that I had and a few extras from my collection.

To aid Isperia’s effect, I have incorporated many “eyes” with which I can peek at my opponents hands, cards like Glasses of Urza and Gitaxian Probe. Another fun combo that in here is Sphinx of Jwar Isle and either Conundrum Sphinx or Djinn of Wishes to allow for some card casting advantage.

It’s still a work in progress, so please feel free to drop some suggestions in the comments!

***Note: the "sideboard" cards are cards that I have in my MTGO version of this deck. Wash Away replaces Cancel, Windstorm Drake replaces Ethereal Investigator, and the 5 lands are there to substitute Celestial Colonnade, Prairie Stream, Shimmering Grotto, Terramorphic Expanse, and Transguild Promenade.
