I've always loved Scouts as a creature type. I love the flavor of exploring and uncovering new secrets. Unfortunately, scouts have never gotten much love as a tribe, but with Commander 2017 and Ixalan, there's enough "choose a tribe" tribal support to make it happen! This deck is pretty much entirely flavor-based, but that doesn't mean it's not strong. It can catch people off-guard and generate a ton of value in short order.
