Belbe is a politics commander, benefiting your opponents almost as much as you, but she also gives you access to a LOT of mana really early on if you can get her out turn 1 or 2 and deal 1 damage to each opponent. This early advantage can be taken advantage of with a few key cards that I'm missing in my current deck list.
