Yuriko stuff. Less focus on Ninjas, bigger focus on Evasive value Creatures and top-deck manipulation.

Edit; 08/07/22 changes:

• Underground Sea, 3 Fetches, Tainted Isle => Basics, Faerie Conclave, and some other Lands (see below.)
• Added Inkmoth Nexus (because Blinkmoth Nexus is SO good in the deck, may as well have two.)
• Reflecting Pool => Mana Confluence (cuz sometimes Reflecting Pool is doodoo and don't do doodoo.)
• Added Secluded Courtyard (cuz it gud.)
• Added River of Tears (cuz I want to make sequencing even more complicated because I guess I'm a masochist and the only time I play Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow is when I want to think.)
• Maskwood Nexus => Prosperous Thief (maybe an unorthodox decision, but 4CMC is rather pricey for my curve, and Prosperous is fixing/ramp and a Ninja.)
• Bitterblossom => Kaito Shizuki (many a game was won with Arcane Adaptation onto an army of Evasive Faeries... but Kaito makes Evasive Pre-Ninja'd tokens, and also doubles as card advantage. Also turns on Legendary Sorceries, but that's not that relevant.)
• Skullsnatcher => Nashi, Moon Sage's Scion (Dauthi Voidwalker already deals with Graveyard shenanigans, so I figured I could finally get rid of this. And swapping a Rat for a Rat is rather poetic, don't you reckon? PS. Nashi is NUTS!!)
• Dimir Signet => Arcane Signet (I forgot to do this before... :P)
• Nether Traitor => Thousand-Faced Shadow (recursion is good, but the pips are not sustainable early-game, and card advantage would equal recursion anyway in the case of Ninja Enablers.. and Haste isn't that useful, especially when paired with the pips. In contrast, Thousand-Faced Shadow is INSANE; arguably the best new Ninja. It's a 1-CMC Ninja Enabler, AND a Ninja, AND has a cool abusable potentially infinite mana outlet ETB, what more can you want out of a Ninja?)
• Throat Slitter => Subtlety (slitting throats wasn't subtle enough, and rather limited in Targets. Subtlety is a potential enabler and tempo, and a Creature Counterspell that pings w/ Yuriko. Also can do cute things w/ Phyrexian Tower)
• Snuff Out => Deadly Rollick (power creep. Also don't have enough Swamps to reasonably enable it anymore either..)
• (Changed Basics to Full Art NEO Kamigawa Ninja Art Lands.)
• Demonic Tutor => Higure, the Still Wind? (Don't want to run Demonic Tutor in too many decks, as it makes games too similar; variance is fun. Vampiric Tutor stays because of the top-deck manipulation aspect.)

Considerations:

• Prismatic Vista vs River of Tears vs Mana Confluence vs Exotic Orchard vs Reflecting Pool (which should I run?)
• Higure, the Still Wind? (can make Yuriko Unblockable, and tutors.)

Current considerations:

• I'm wondering if I need more Sac Outlets for Yuriko, like Viscera Seer.
• Tainted Isle => High Market/Inkmoth Nexus? Probably Inkmoth.
• Alrund vs Karn's? Probably keep as Karn’s
• Run more Fetches? They're kind of a double-edged sword in this deck though, as they can dismantle topdeck manipulation, but it can also ship away stuff you don't like..
• Mana Confluence/City of Brass? Are pips an issue?
• Arcane Signet should probably replace either Dimir Signet or the Talisman..
• Do I squeeze in Spectal Sailor? It’s a 1-drop "Ninja Enabler" w/ Flash and an infinite Mana sink (if I EVER manage to assemble that combo.. lol.)
• Do I cut the Vexing Scuttler? It's a sac outlet for Yuriko, and can buyback spells from the grave for only 4-Mana, and also gives infinite w/ Time Warp once you have 9+ Mana.. (Not to mention it hits for a ton when flipped off a Yuriko trigger.) My gut instinct says keep it in the deck, and it’s one of my pet cards for the deck.
• Subtlety is a nice free Creature Counterspell that pings w/ Yuriko. (Also can do cute things with Phyrexian Tower.)
• Cavern Harpy is so hard to evaluate.. probably not worth running?
• Deadly Rollick?
