This deck punishes for drawing cards and for discarding cards too. Therefore I include wheels like Windfall but exclude wheels like Winds of Change.

Then I run some control spells, especially non-basic land hate, because I don't like my opponents to play the cards I make them draw.

No expensive tutors, no infinite combos, no fetch&shock lands, just pure hate. Enjoy.
