It'll be hard to reduce the CMC of this deck since Angels and Demons tend to be quite expensive.

You could remove Sigil of the Empty Throne since best case scenario it gives you 9 tokens as long as it was the first enchantment you play and it isn't destroyed. It just might be putting too much faith on a permanent in a format filled with board wipes.

A card you could replace it with maybe Gift of Immortality. It has a lower CMC and can help you protect some of your expensive beaters or use the enchanted creature as payment for some of your sacrifice spells and abilities.

Since you seem to have a token thing going, may I suggest Anointed Procession? It doubles your tokens and gets more value out of your token generators. You can even take out Herald of War (great for angel tribal decks but your demons get neglected from it) and replace it with Herald of the Host. Its Myriad ability creates tokens to attack your other opponents AND coupled with Anointed Procession would create twice that many tokens attacking. In a 4-player game, that's 16 damage total flying to your enemies from a single card. And since you have cards that give lifelink, double strike and other abilities to your creatures...well there's a lot of math going on.

Teferi's Protection is a 3 CMC card that protects you for an entire turn rotation. Its price is around $20 bucks but it can definitely help you out in a pinch. You can combine it with M19's Liliana's Contract since you're running quite a few demons to give your deck an alternate win con.

Speaking of alternate win cons, Felidar Sovereign + Quicksilver Amulet is an amazing combo that can flash in a victory with all your lifegain. It's not an angel but I figured it would be worth considering.
