Have you considered Crawlspace, Silent Arbiter, or any type of Fogs? (For example, Ethereal Haze, Holy Day, Fog, Dawn Charm, Angelsong, and Pollen Lullaby)

I also see the classic pillowfort cards (Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, etc.). However, why are you running cards like Invocation of Saint Traft, Xenograft, and Battle Mastery? I feel like your win condition isn't damage. I almost feel like Angus Mackenzie is a grouphug commander, using cards like Ghostly Prison to keep people from attacking you while cycling Fog effects to keep people (mainly you) alive.

I also feel like you should cut down on your creature count. Again, I feel like this shell is better suited for a grouphug style of play. Run cards like Prosperity, Skyscribing, and Fascination. I'd also recommend the Eternal Witness + Karmic Guide + Reveillark combo, where you kill Reveillark, and it grabs Eternal Witness and Karmic Guide, and Karmic Guide pulls back out Reveillark. This makes those 3 cards irremovable, and nets you a free card from your graveyard. You can replace Eternal Witness in this combo with other annoying cards (For example, Deceiver Exarch to tap things up or down), and if you have a way to make it go infinite (like Mirror Entity), it can just win games.

Also, why aren't you running more counterspells? It just seems like a valuable effect. Counters like Dream Fracture and Arcane Denial can even be played politically, and Summary Dismissal can prevent an opponent from going off.

More board clears could also help. Things like Planar Outburst, Descend upon the Sinful, or even the classic Wrath of God could be a lot of help in a pinch.

Finally, have you considered decking your opponents as a win-con instead of damage? Cards like Elixir of Immortality and Laboratory Maniac could make this feasible. If you added in group draw, this could be a fun yet sneaky way to win, and your Fog effects could make this viable.

I play Roon of the Hidden Realm exclusively, since he's my only commander at the moment. I love bant, and I like your deck. I just don't know if your current list utilizes Angus to the fullest of his ability.
