Freed from the Real is the blue permanent. All you need is a land that can tap for a blue to cast it in the first place. I personally use Axebane Guardian + Umbral Mantle since I like walls and don't want to spend $20 on Bloom Tender, but I don't know of any way to get to infinite as quickly/easily in modern as you can with the tender.
