really considering adding Stormscape Familiar and Ballyrush Banneret in place of the enchantment package. this might allow for some Veteran Armorsmith's or Veteran Swordsmith's to replace Parapet and Warded Battlements, or even for the more expensive Daru Cavalier to be added to our squad hawk effects (although it is already weaker). wouldn't even mind adding in black for some Unearth's or something

Hey, good start upgrading the precon on a budget.
28 lands is not enough land for an avg. CMC of 3.4 which is high. I recommend 36 lands and adding Knight of the White Orchid. First strike with a two drop Human is good with +2 pump from Jirina. You want to take more advantage of Jirina who's a four drop anthem effect for Humans. This means you want to consistently be able to play more impactful one drops (Champion of the Parish)/two drops (Thalia's Lieutenant)/three drops (Frontline Medic) to attack with the turn you play Jirina.
Tribal creature strategies in Commander fold to board wipes. To combat this play more repeatable instant speed indestructible protection (Etchings of the Chosen), creature recursion (Phyrexian Reclamation), reanimation (Alesha, Who Smiles at Death) and noncreature repeatable sources of Humans (Outlaws' Merriment).
Budget lands to consider adding:
- Unclaimed Territory
- Exotic Orchard
- Nomad Outpost
- Caves of Koilos
- Battlefield Forge
- Smoldering Marsh
- Rakdos Carnarium
Cards to consider cutting to add more lands and other suggestions:
- Bonds of Faith
- Street Riot
- Hope Against Hope
- Kamahl, Pit Fighter
- Dreamshaper Shaman
- Cone of Flame
- The Akroan War
- Fireball
- Rising Populace
- Lavabrink Venturer
- Makeshift Battalion
- Hardened Berserker
- Warded Battlements
- King Macar, the Gold-Cursed

+1...I think you need a lot more permanents to fully take advantage of your commander's ETB. Ampryn Tactician and Warded Battlements go along with your overrun strategy. Answered Prayers, Basri's Acolyte and Ardenvale Tactician are a few examples that you might consider.

Hey it's nice to see another shrine deck, though I'm kind of curious, what is the general gameplan for this deck?
Are there reasons for the creatures you have chosen? I dont really see how Ghostly Pilferer, Warded Battlements and Spellgorger Weird help the deck, they just seem to be... there. Paradise Druid, if you have any, is probably better than Llanowar Visionary, Dryad of the Ilysian Grove is another good option though more expensive in terms of CMC. I have had success recently running Growth Spiral and Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath(not necessary if running growth spiral, lanterns and paradise druid but nicenfir the life gain) for ramp along with Chromatic Lantern.
I do like the inclusion of Shark Typhoon as it could provide some shenanigans as well as a great outlet for mana if flooded.
I have been tinkering with shrines myself and have found that the Sanctum of Stone Fangs IS the win condition for any shrines deck. If you land all 6 shrines the game is put on a 2 turn clock, unless your opponent has gained a ton of life by this point, as such I find the deck really needs to be focused on controlling the board state, protecting/recursion of enchantments and finding shrines when needed.
This is also a deck that benefits greatly from a wishboard. Fae of Wishes allows the main deck to focus more on its goal of getting out and maintaining shrines while still having enough flexibility in the side/wishboard to deal with pretty much any situation.
Do you find your mana base consistent? It looks as though you might struggle here since the Fabled Passage and Llanowar Visionary are all I see in the way of fixing.
Sorry if I am missing something crucial about how this deck works but as a fellow shrines player I wanted to share what I've learned so far, hope it helps.

Dete, you're right that I should have some mass pump effects. I prefer instants, so I'm going to go with Borrowed Grace over Kytheon's Tactics, but otherwise that all makes sense. I'm looking forward to throwing Warded Battlements into every white PDH deck I have once that card comes out!
Concerning Cenn's Enlistment, I'm not entirely sure why I skipped that card. The high cost is balanced by the replayable aspect of Retrace, so I think I'll slot that in when I make some edits in the future.
Thanks!
