It's pretty rough to cut cards after you get to a certain point, and especially if you're not familiar with a deck, but I feel like Adriana, Captain of the Guard seems borderline, she's pretty weak if you don't have a bunch of creatures or can't attack multiple opponents, but that's hardly a bad effect, even if 5 mana is a tad high. Unquenchable Fury seems borderline, two of your colours struggle with card draw, so unless you find you usually have 3 or more cards in hand I'd try something else. YMMV, but Commander's Sphere is probably worse than a Signet in a 3 colour deck, coming out sooner will matter more often than you might expect, 2 mana ramp is much more consistent than 3 mana. Touch the Spirit Realm is probably not a great card, removal that can be removed can feel really, really bad in some matches. Wanderer's Intervention also seem very, very questionable, especially in a deck with access to Red. Hope some of this helps!
