Hey, you're welcome.

Cards that put creatures from your hand or library into your graveyard can help Olivia as Commander . You don't need to add a bunch of expensive price cards to make improvements. Staying on a low budget is perfectly fine to have a good Olivia tribal deck. What your deck mostly needs are cards that can enable Olivia to reanimate.

The advantage that Olivia has is haste meaning she can attack to reanimate the same turn she enters the battlefield (ETB) if you have a creature in your graveyard. You want to be able to take advantage of this by having creatures in your graveyard to reanimate before you want to cast Olivia.

"Loot" is a term in Magic that means draw then discard or discard then draw. This effect lets you discard creatures in your hand to draw cards and then reanimate those creatures with Olivia. You want to cast loot early in the game thus most of these types cards you play should be lower mana cost. 40 creatures is a lot of creatures even for tribal consider cutting a few of the lesser creatures for some cards that can get creatures into your graveyard?

Budget loot package to consider adding:

Anje Falkenrath is a legendary Vamp who can be a repeatable source of looting. Vile Entomber is not loot it's better and it's a creature who Olivia can reanimate. Entomber's effect is called "entomb" in Magic and it's where you search your library for a card and put that card right into your graveyard. Seize the Spoils and Unexpected Windfall are also ramp with treasures which is helpful to cast Olivia.

Cards to consider cutting for these:

Metroid_Hybrid Hey there, thanks for the upvote.

Geralf's Messenger and Mikaeus, the Unhallowed are both already in the deck. I don't think it's worth it to run Vengeful Vampire due to its mana cost; I obviously have Mikaeus taking up that slot, though even if I didn't, it's better to treat things such as Pawn of Ulamog or Genesis Chamber as pseudo-Undying creatures since you can sacrifice the tokens they produce to remove the -1/-1 counter from the actual Undying creature.

For your Blood Artist effect recommendations, Vindictive Vampire is, in my opinion, a better option than Falkenrath Noble or Syr Konrad, the Grim . Vindictive Vampire hits all opponents for damage as opposed to just one and is one mana cheaper than Konrad (unfortunate since I actually think he's cool).

Even better than Vindictive Vampire is Ayara, First of Locthwain , who replaces him. While she isn't a true "Artist", her abilities still make Yawgmoth's life payment go neutral, make all opponents lose life, and can act as another sac/draw outlet if Yawgmoth isn't around.

I love my Yawgmoth deck, it’s a blast to play with..

Some Undying creatures for looping with Yawg-daddy to consider are Sightless Ghoul , Vengeful Vampire , and then depending on your budget, there’s the Shock -trooper Geralf's Messenger , and the (non-Human) Undying Lord himself: Mikaeus, the Unhallowed ..

More importantly, there’s two other Blood Artist -effects in his big brother Falkenrath Noble , and the new & even more ridiculous Syr Konrad, the Grim ..

dondorgathoI agree with Dusk Urchins, but the Regent isn't essential. A common misconception is that +1/+1 counters are good synergy with -1/-1 counters, but that is not the case in many decks, including this one. From what I am seeing, the point is not just to have creatures survive and attack, but for them to absorb counters and eventually die, which is demonstrated through cards such as Necromancy, Soulstinger, Grief Tyrant, and the commander itself. There are so many different other late game cards which are better in this deck in terms of synergy, such as Carnifex Demon. That said, the Regent is a VERY powerful card even despite the lack of synergy, and it should replace Vengeful Vampire if it were in this list.

Cards that immediately jump out for having too low of an impact for most tables:

-Child of Night

-Pulse Tracker

-Vampire Outcasts

-Vampire Cutthroat

-Vengeful Vampire

-Archetype of Finality

-Bad Moon

-Cabal Ritual

-Dark Ritual

-Sorin's Thirst

-Tyrant's Choice

Some of these may just be in there because they were available, which is fine, but if you're looking to trim the fat, these are the ones that struck me as the worst inclusions.

Personally I would run 2 copies of Sepulchral Primordial, replacing 1 Vengeful Vampire simply because you're too high on 6 drops and replacing 1 Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded. I've never been a fan of Tibalt in general, I think he's one of the worst planeswalkers ever printed and in this deck you'll very rarely be able to cast him on turn 2 when it's most advantageous.
