Vedalken Dismisser
Creature — Vedalken Wizard
When Vedalken Dismisser enters the battlefield, put target creature on top of its owner's library.

Hey Rasaru, this deck seems like a lot of fun. Personally I would build Braids entirely around Paradox Haze (which has one of my favorite flavor texts in magic, next to Goblin Offensive). You can also copy Paradox Haze with the likes of Mirrormade, Estrid's Invocation, Copy Enchantment, and Clever Impersonator. Drift of Phantasms could transmute to find it.
You might like these too: Sunken Hope, Umbilicus, Blood Clock, Faerie Artisans, Agent of Treachery, Diluvian Primordial, Meteor Golem, Deadeye Navigator, Phyrexian Ingester, Scholar of the Ages, Vedalken Dismisser, Panharmonicon

I realised that I just need some good ol blockers instead of needing to use spells to protect myself. Separatist Voidmage and Vedalken Dismisser can also be flickered to deal with threats, yet still block.

AgentGreen, the vedalken depicted on Powers is Dovin — note he has 6 fingers, unlike Vedalken Dismisser. And the hologram thing he’s facing takes the shape of Bolas’ horns. So I’d go further to say Dovin is Bolas-aligned and pulls a Palpatine to usurp Isperia, then signals Bolas.

You're welcome, Cmasa435. Looks like you found one for Blind Obedience. For Galepowder Mage I'd suggest removing Vedalken Dismisser. Dismisser is the most expensive of the several creatures that have it's ability.

bobnearents, I'd tell you to try cutting high-cost, low reward cards. Here:
Subjugator Angel taps out your opponents, making your creatures unblockable, but Brago is only able to blink it AFTER combat, so it won't be that useful most of the time
Isperia's Skywatch requires targeting, so it won't be able to help you with hexproof/shroud.
Scour the Laboratory is a weaker (conditional) Concentrate (or even a Plea for Power - I love this card hahaha) and besides, card draw in the form of instant/sorceries isn't that good in this kind of deck (but this is more of a personal opinion)
Vedalken Dismisser is outclassed by Nevermaker that can target any permanent (instead of just creatures).
Captain of the Watch is nice and all, but I would replace her with Drowner of Hope. The eldrazi gives you a way of tapping enemy creatures (maybe removing potential blockers) or generating some extra mana.
Mind Control seems a little off to me. I'm aware that you can blink the controlled creature with Conjurer's Closet in order to make the control permanent, but I don't think it's all that useful here...
I'd replace Call to Mind (one use) with Mnemonic Wall (reusable effect)
I'd replace Mist Raven with AEther Adept
You could maybe get a Sundial of the Infinite in order to take full advantage of Galepowder Mage and Flickerwisp (the exiled creature won't come back)
