Replace Colossal Dreadmaw with Rampaging Baloths.
-
Replace Primordial Wurm with Hydra Broodmaster.
-
You can add Khalni Hydra, Woodfall Primus, Protean Hulk, Managorger Hydra (Maybe?), and I would suggest Omnath, Locus of Mana, Craterhoof Behemoth, Ghalta, Primal Hunger and so on...
I know some of these are expensive but I mean you figure out if you want them or not ;)
You can look at a deck I have with other big creatures in case you're wondering: https://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/a-green-mans-deck/
I'm new to this whole feedback thing but one general thing I would try to do in your position is look at big creatures (specifically 6 drops) that have abilities unlike Primordial Wurm, Wild Ceratok, Tusked Colossodon, Alpine Grizzly and Colossal Dreadmaw. I know you can find better cards than all of those for the same mana cost... Just a question of doing a bit of research.

I would highly recommend either Rubblehulk or Sagu Mauler over Tusked Colossodon.

This deck seems super budget, so I'll keep my suggestions cheap (<$2).
I would start by cutting some of your creatures that don't add to the counter synergy. Cards like Tusked Colossodon and Ambush Krotiq don't add much to your theme. Another thing to consider in making cuts is even if the card fits the theme, does the deck work with it? Fabled Hero is a good example, it's a great card and is on theme, but you only have a 4/100 chance of triggering his Heroic ability. You might consider another card that has more synergy with the rest of the deck, or cards that have more value (i.e. do more than one thing, have repeatable effects).
Take a look at these, I run most of these cards in my Anafenza or Vorel decks that are both counter themed.
Ainok Bond-Kin, Gyre Sage, Forgotten Ancient, Scute Mob, Increasing Savagery, Death's Presence, Bow of Nylea, Juniper Order Ranger, Curse of Predation, Hunt the Weak, High Sentinels of Arashin, Tuskguard Captain, Gleam of Authority, Sunscorch Regent, Cathars' Crusade, and Vastwood Hydra.
Depending on how the deck shapes up, you may want to consider Sunbond and Sandsteppe Mastodon.
Good luck! I love a good counter deck!
