The Pride of Hull Clade
Legendary Creature — Crocodile Elk Turtle
This spell costs less to cast, where X is the total toughness of creatures you control.
Defender
: Until end of turn, target creature you control gets +1/+0, gains "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, draw cards equal to its toughness," and can attack as though it didn't have defender.

Eloniel Ohhh! Thank you for the in-depth analysis on Plagon, Lord of the Beach. I completely missed the fact that it, by itself, would be useless as an attacker since it doesn't have Defender. I completely agree now that it would simply sit as an unstable draw engine.
Been also wanting to add Weathered Sentinels for a long time on my Arcades deck but it's currently still too expensive and I wouldn't want to exceed my $100 budget. So it's gonna be either that or Crystal Barricade.
I was also finally able to find the opportunity to play Arcades on a complete pod after returning and also agree that Brave the Sands seems like a good choice to be swapped out for a wall with better utility. Since most of the time, opponents would have blockers for the walls on the ground while the evasive ones I'd rather play safe and use for swinging instead of using as blockers.
Thanks for bringing Sidar Kondo of Jamuraa up, after looking at him once again, I just realized that he would actually work well with The Pride of Hull Clade! I was mulling over him since Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive doesn't work with him which puts the 15 toughness to waste if the opponents have blockers. I'll probably bring him back in my deck as well after some testing.

I don't like that line of logic, because if that's the case, viashino should be Dragons, based on their origin. Dragonborn from AFR have shown no issue with players identifying humanoid dragons.
And as for Nagas, Phoenixes are closer to being just birds than Nagas are to being just snakes, and it's a regional bias against the original mythos to argue otherwise. My point is that I wouldn't be surprised if they make the change; I'd rather they changed neither honestly. Phoenixes are a creature type with a mechanical undercurrent, but there are precious few of those around.
I would also disagree with the point that creature types are pointless without tribal synergy; I'm not sleeving up The Pride of Hull Clade for the crazy Elk synergy it has. Design uses every part of the card for top down design, and all the of these underrepresented creature types have mythological or lore baggage attached to them.

Thanks Craeter! I don't know how I missed The Pride of Hull Clade when MKM came out, but that is a perfect fit. Any suggestions what to take out to fit it in?

This is sweet, love the synergy I'm seeing. There are some other newer cards to consider here that are good like The Pride of Hull Clade

Took me too long to realize how March of Swirling Mist helps the deck.
If you have the Triskaidekaphile and The Pride of Hull Clade out with 5 mana (3 blue) ready. And you can get the Pride through for damage untouched (maybe with Escape Tunnel). You can arrange to draw 15 cards from the Pride's ability. Then if you have that last blue mana ready and a March in hand, you can at instant speed probably find a few blue cards in hand to dump to get down to the 13 card hand and the Trisk's auto-win ability.
So I'm putting a couple Marches in.

You should think about adding The Pride of Hull Clade because he is good but also cool. But I think you would benefit a lot from improving your mana base. I suggest it should look more like this:
Lands
Basic
Pain
Adarkar Wastes, Brushland, Yavimaya Coast
Scry Lands
Temple of Mystery, Temple of Enlightenment, Temple of Plenty
Tri Color
Brokers Hideout, Seaside Citadel, Bant Panorama
Any Color
If you wanted you could also add the gain 1 life lands: Tranquil Cove, Blossoming Sands, and Thornwood Falls. You may also consider adding Krosan Verge or Myriad Landscape just to help ramp.
It would also be really beneficial to have at least a Sol Ring and an Arcane Signet.
Other
Remove Verity Circle. Seems like there are a lot of possibilities where it is just sitting on the field not providing any value. And it isn't even a creature so it can't block. You could replace this with one of the mana artifacts I mentioned earlier or like a Swords to Plowshares, Pongify, Rapid Hybridization, Path to Exile (I kind of think you need some more removal lol, but you could replace Verity Circle with whatever you wanted.)
Remove Alive / Well. Just straight up not worth. Replace with one of the cards I have mentioned.
Other than that I think this is a really good deck. I think you could use most of my suggestions and keep it close to $100.
