Alrighty! After another 8 hours of sleep and another hour of looking, I came across a final 3 cards that might fit Sokka if the got alters:
- Stun Sniper: I'm thinking about him sniping "Combustion man" with his boomerang
- Territorial Hammerskull: Yes, it's a dinosaur, but it parallels well with him blocking Ty Lee with his head when they were trying to rescue King Bumi
- Thraben Inspector: I like this card as a nod to when Sokka was trying to investigate the death of Chin the Conqueror to prove the Avatar's innocence

kookoo The intent is to tap the creature that got damaged, in the style of Stun Sniper. But I'm not satisfied with this design anyway. I might come back to it next time an appropriate challenge comes around.

Lands: Take out 2 Mountains, Stone Quarry, Cinder Barrens, and Forsaken Sanctuary and maybe the Guildgates if you want and add in at least one plains, Haven of the Spirit Dragon, any of the life gain dual lands from Tarkir... just use better duals than the strictly-worse guildgates. I have a personal issue with those lands. They insulted "Avatar the Last Airbender" once.
Creatures:
Things to pull: Ancient Hellkite works to slow, requires to much investment, and is too conditional. Forgestoker Dragon cuz it's clunky and slow compared to other things. (A lot of these suggestions will be cutting the worst of duplicate effects). Aegis Angel (above reason)? Wojek Embermage? Paragon of Open Graves cuz you don't have enough black to make its ability work. Scalding Salamander is too conditional. Either Vulshok Sorcerer or Blood Cultist. Crossbow Infantry. Stun Sniper. Painsmith because not enough artifacts.
Artifacts: That Which Was Taken cuz it's also too slow.

Stun Sniper would work if you don't care about the set. Oh, and Merciless Javelineer works well too, especially if you have Fiery Temper to discard to it.

I played once a similar deck to this, but used W/B/R. I utilized Brigid, Hero of Kinsbaile, Cunning Sparkmage, Stun Sniper or Vulshok Sorcerer in combination with a deathtouch enchantment or artfiact like Aspect of Gorgon, Basilisk Collar, Gorgon's Head or Quietus Spike. The results were...very amusing.

rockergage I do have a R/W commander but it is being used in a soon to be R/W token deck. but if I can find a R/G/W legendary I will change it around. and my friend playtested this it works out great. the CoP's are in there to protect yourself with so your creatures can attack. and having that splash blue helps out more than you want to give credit for. like the Invisible Stalker and the Keymaster Rogue. and my friend uses the Clone to copy either his Hamletback Goliath or his Stun Sniper. this deck was meant to be a human deck so Cavalry Pegasus could be of use. now I do not know but I think the Legions are human but if not they still help out in allot of ways. so having the splash blue supports this deck allot.
