This isn't a damage story I dished out, per se, but the damage dealt unto me.
I had a buddy, Abe, who ran a 5c Morph Dragon deck. You know, like Shieldhide Dragon and Stormwing Dragon. Real nasty business. My other friend, Ian, was running some sort of Grixis Vampire tribal. Really big Vamps and really big Dragons in play.
And then there's me, the annoying prick that I am, running Karametra flicker with a lifegain element to it. I had all of the creatures that gain you life whenever they, or something else, ETB. Basically Soul Sisters on steroids. Then I had every conceivable flicker means in the deck, allowing me to crank out the numbers like I was an accountant hiding money.
I eventually got to something stupid like 181 life. Ian would swing full blast and knock me down by like 30, and then Abe would unleash his arsenal and bring me down another 40 or 50. I'd drop from the 180s down to like 100 or 90, and then my turn I'd be back up into the 210s.
They literally, full force, could not deal enough damage to stop me. I had plenty of means to win, too. With them fully attacking, I could chip them away with my army of 1/1s and 2/2s, but I was having far too much fun.
We did the math and realized, based on my land tutors thanks to Karametra, I'd actually deck myself out if I kept playing that way. So with a laugh and a sigh, I conceded.
Immediately afterwards Ian took one hit from Abe and realized he's dead next turn, so he too conceded. So Abe won.
Sometimes winning means losing, while having fun <3

So here's an idea. What about morph? Morph creatures are no creature type when they are in the morph state. Then turn it up any time for its morph cost and boom it's a dragon. Theres 7 cards that do this.

I would replace Akoum Hellkite Sparktongue Dragon Stormwing Dragon Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker for Lathliss, Dragon Queen Ryusei, the Falling Star Sarkhan, Dragonsoul Sarkhan, Fireblood.
Akoum Hellkite: seems a bit lackluster.
Sparktongue Dragon: Paying 8 for a 3/3 and 3 damage?
Stormwing Dragon: is decent but lathliss is better imo
Sarkhan, the Dragonspeaker: Sarkhan, Fireblood is way better in my eyes

I'd say you're heavy on the creature side so here's 5 that in my opinion are on the weaker side (I made cut suggestions for the ramp cards, this will be to make way for the suggested removal spells): Engulfing Slagwurm (expensive and off theme! seems like it's just in here as a 'good stuff' card), Foe-Razer Regent (expensive and I don't think you have enough fight mechanic cards in here to properly take advantage of this guy), Hellkite Hatchling (just not very good - apart from Dragon Broodmother tokens, what would you devour?), Slumbering Dragon (too slow! without +1 counter generation, waiting around to activate this guy would be painful) & Stormwing Dragon (just not a good dragon, the megamorph surprise is kind of funny but waaay too expensive for what it does)
There's my 2 cents on replacement ideas, hopefully a bit of food for thought.

Somehow managed to completely forget about Kilnmouth Dragon, Stormwing Dragon, and Sarkhan's Triumph, my bad.

Hey there! I pilot a somewhat competitive Kaalia aggro list if you're interested in taking a look.
What's your budget and level of competition? Having that information handy could better produce the feedback you desire. For now I'll offer recommendations based on my experiences and playstyle, which consists of getting Kaalia on the field and exploiting her ASAP.
(Quick Note on your Akroma's Memorial and Obliterate Combo - It doesn't work. Protection doesn't save creatures from non-targeting destroy effects. Protection protects agains DEBT, or Damage, Enchanting/Equipping, Blocking, or Targeting.)
That said, Mass Land Destruction is a viable strategy for locking a game with kaalia on the board. Armageddon, Ravages of War, Impending Disaster, or even hate such as Blood Moon or Winter Orb could help you get an edge.
On the same note, there are some more "targeted wraths" you could run, particularly Austere Command. Kaalia and her lot are all 4 CMC+, so you could blow up small stuff while keeping your own. Still, you can pair any wrath with the (cheap) Boros Charm's Indestructable mode. I'd take a look into some cheaper or more flexible wraths, too. Wrath of God, Catastrophe, Akroma's Vengeance, Merciless Eviction, Fell the Mighty (play before swinging with Kaalia) and the like.
Consider the 2 CMC mana rocks over the 3 CMC Keyrunes, Banner, and Monument. A Turn 1 Sol Ring into a Orzhov Signet, Rakdos Signet, Boros Signet, Fellwar Stone, Coldsteel Heart, or Talisman of Indulgence can mean a quicker start. If budget or level of competition justifies it, consider going deeper with Chrome Mox, Mox Diamond, or Mana Crypt, which all enable a T2 Kaalia with the right hand.
Kothophed, Soul Hoarder's effect isn't a may ability. Most infinite combos have the potential to kill you out right. If you want safer card-draw on a stick, consider Bloodgift Demon or Harvester of Souls.
Speaking of card draw, I think you could benefit from a few cheaper sources. Loreseeker's Stone and Sorin, Grim Nemesis, while reusable, cost a bit of mana. Better options may be Necropotence, which was recently reprinted in EMA while, and Phyrexian Arena which will be even cheaper with CN2 coming later tonight. I particularly like ho well both enchantments can be sought and played after a Spell Mastery-enbaled Dark Petition. Also, that Read the Bones on your maybeboard and the cheap Painful Truths could also be a nice boost, should they find a spot. Additionally, Dragon Mage can refill you entire hand and is highly Kaalia playable.
Your creature selection is missing a couple of the "flagship" Kaalia playables. If budget is an issue you can disregard these suggestions, but consider acquiring Avacyn, Angel of Hope, Balefire Dragon, Aurelia, the Warleader, and the like. As for creatures to cut, I'd advocate for Deathbringer Regent (caditional, must be cast) and Stormwing Dragon (expensive, minimal impact).
There's a couple other points to make but I don't like delving too deep without a good idea of what you're going for. There's a fine line behind suggesting improvements and crushing the soul of a deck. If you have any questions about what I do an do not run, take a glace at my list. Consider upvoting it if any of this was helpful to you. I'd appreciate it!

like the descent of the dragons combo with empty the warrens. maybe a little storm to get some synergy with this and Zada by including Haze of Rage? its a stinker, but Stormwing Dragon when flipped gives your dragon tokens +1/+1. Not many options for tutoring so the gamble is a good include. Retreat to Valakut would be a repeatable +2/+0 to aim at zada. Sure Strike would give them all +3/+0 and first strike. Titan's Strength is an option. Brute Strength is like a little overrun. cool deck. +1'ed
